My 1-1 coaching program is designed to help you with the mindset part of navigating medical motherhood. 

Included in coaching are weekly, one hour coaching sessions via zoom 

Email and text support between sessions   

You'll walk away with a deeper upstanding of your brain, emotional regulation tools for in and outside of the hospital, tools for your relationships, and an empowering mindset moving forward.

All geared so that you are more confident navigating appointments and conversations with care providers, grounded during times of stress and anxiety, and feel connected to your purposes an advocate and mother. 

 

The program is only 1800 or 600 monthly payments

After becoming a medical mom so many parts of life changes. Therapy might not be the help you need it to be, your spouse is not always the right place to work through your fears, even friends and family can't relate to what you're experiencing. 

 

As a medical mom I understand the ins and outs and stress that comes with having a child with a health condition. And as a life coach I have tools to help you manage your brain so that you feel more confident and secure in your journey. 

 

I'm not talking about positive mantras or overused platitudes.

We aren't taught about our brains, how to regulate ourselves and how to understand how thoughts and emotions. 

I teach you how to use cognitive psychology, mindfulness, and emotional processing tools to help you stop feeling overwhelmed and full of self doubt, and start feeling grounded and confident so that you can feel at peace with your life.
